2:1 Personal Training
For many people the gym environment can be intimidating and often they don't know where or how to start. And committing to Personal Training sessions can often times be outside someone's financial comfort zone. So why not grab a friend and train together?!
2:1 PT sessions are an affordable way to start your gym routine and get stronger and fitter together with your bestie.

Kat will teach you the fundamentals in lifting, focusing on technique development. Even if the two of you have different levels of experience, Kat will tailor the training toward your abilities.

2:1 PT sessions run for 60 mins to ensure that equal attention is provided to both clients; the service includes a structured program that is targeted to your individual goals, an initial movement assessment and a weekly group check-in to keep you accountable to your goals.
