1:1 Personal Training is the ultimate way of training; providing 100% attention on you and your individual needs and goals. This option was created to offer the most effective way of teaching the fundamentals of barbell and strength training, push you to grow and gain strength, and provide a safe and fun training environment. Kat will provide you with advice both in regards to strength training and how to install sustainable and healthy lifestyle habits, as well as nutrition education.
